Whidbey Resource Chaplain (WRC)

Whidbey Resource Chaplains (WRC) are Volunteer Chaplains who provide Resources, Care and Support for 1st Responders, Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS and the Whidbey Community. Our Chaplains provide support to the Whidbey Community and outlying communities during a time of crisis. Support can be emotional, physical and/or spiritual. We serve all people in our community. WRC is an organization designed to provide a cooperative team of Chaplains to the multiple agencies of Whidbey Island and the larger community. We also recruit and train individuals who have a desire to serve in this capacity to become a community chaplain.
