Hearts and Horses Retreat - August 2026

Hearts & Horses Two-Day Retreat The Hearts & Horses Retreat is a two-day immersive experience designed to help girls slow down, reconnect with their hearts, and grow in confidence, clarity, and inner strength through meaningful interactions with horses. Throughout our time together, girls will learn how to recognize and respond to the deeper needs of their hearts by asking thoughtful questions, developing self-awareness, and practicing emotional presence. They will be guided in how to remain grounded and powerful—physically, mentally, and emotionally—even when facing new challenges or navigating difficult situations. Through both group and individual equine exercises, participants will experience firsthand how horses mirror our internal world, offering powerful opportunities for growth in leadership, communication, and emotional regulation. Girls will also spend time grooming, caring for, and connecting with the horses, while learning foundational horse knowledge in a safe and supportive environment. While the majority of our work is done on the ground, there will also be opportunities to ride. Intentional breaks for reflection and journaling are woven throughout the retreat, allowing each girl to process her thoughts, recognize her unique strengths, and appreciate the differences in how we each navigate the world. By the end of the retreat, our hope is that every girl leaves with: • A deeper sense of confidence and belief in herself • Greater awareness of her emotional posture and personal presence • Tools to navigate challenges with courage, clarity, and self-compassion • A stronger understanding of her unique gifts and identity • A renewed sense of worth, beauty, and value • The ability to stand strong and care for her own heart, even when others fall short This experience is not just about horses—it’s about equipping girls to walk forward with peace, strength, and a grounded sense of who they were created to be. For ages 6-13. *Lunch will be provided. (please note if there are any allergies or any dietary restrictions) What to Bring: • Closed-toed boots • Riding helmet • Sweatshirt • Sunscreen • Water bottle • Outfit for photos with horses (Day 2) • Barn clothes that can get paint on them Friday 10 AM - 4PM Saturday 10 AM - 4PM Details: • Limited to 10 girls per retreat • For questions or registration: 📧 bloomstrongministries@gmail.com 📞 or text (360) 941-6760
