Our Story

About Church Without Walls

In Fall 2021, Mike followed Jesus' call to step out into a new season working with leaders through spiritual direction, mentoring, healing prayer and teaching. Mike's passion is to help people hear the voice of the Good Shepherd, to experientially know the love of the Father, and to grow into a greater awareness of and empowerment for what the Spirit has for them in intimacy and Kingdom mission. Along with spiritual direction, Mike's mentoring includes accompanying young leaders in a movement of God among young people in Whatcom County. As part of his teaching, Mike hosts a podcast 'A Church Without Walls,' and has written two books, 'Hearing the Heartbeat of God' (2023), and 'A Longing for More: Deeper, Wider, Further with the Holy Spirit' (2025).
